"I drove from Florida to visit with family. I picked my sister up in Tennessee and we had a few snags in our trip that affected our reservations. But Shawn and the staff at Lily Garden were so friendly, understanding, and supportive which relieved a lot of stress. We loved staying in the Carriage House and sitting outside in the swing at night with the lights lit around the lily pond and watching Harry (my chocolate lab) have a blast roaming the yard! It was so calming and peaceful. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning drinking the delicious coffee that was provided. The breakfasts were absolutely outstanding (the pancakes and french toast are to die for)! I would love to return for a longer visit and would highly recommend Lily Garden to my friends."

"Wow. This was a rescue for two wayward hikers and their pooch. We got so lucky that the owners were so accommodating when we had some hiccups with our hike, and we ended up in a great spot with a great location, easy to walk in to town for dinner and regroup for our hike the next day. Just lovely."

Amazing location
"In more ways than one this location blew us away. Not only was it unique but it was quaint, quiet, and comfortable. The carriage house provided ample amounts of space plus plenty of extra so that you can have your friends or additional family tag along. For this particular trip it was myself, my wife, and our 6 month old son. We had him in his pack & play for the night and we enjoyed the comfortable queen sized bed in the bedroom. You have the ability to prepare you own meals or use the guidebook as reference for one of the many amazing restaurants that Shawn suggests. Sadly, we only stayed one night and did not get to enjoy it some more. We will be back for sure and when we are, we will be booking at Lily Garden again. It was just a walk to town to enjoy all of the history and sites that Harper's Ferry has to offer. Thank you again for a wonderful stay."
